SERVICE












  • Nearly all of my working life has been dedicated to Service. From helping grandmothers set up email, instructing aircraft mechanics on the proper methods for installing a video system, to assisting Windermere Real Estate Agents on how to use Moxi Works or any other technical question they might have. I enjoy teaching and helping agents so they in turn, can better service their clients.

EXPERIENCE

  • I have had the privilege of working for Windermere for over 20 years. In the past I have had the opportunity to work for some other world class companies. I have worked for a support company of Microsoft where I was second level support for Windows and Internet Explorer. Prior to that, (for 11 years) I was part of the Sony organization. We manufactured video equipment for the airlines of the world. I held several positions over the years including: Planning, Customer Service, and Sales Engineer.
